BlueBox Events, founded in September 2015, is a full-service planning conference office for the facilitation of scientific national and international conferences, courses and masterclasses that takes place on our campus, in our country or anywhere in the world.

Organizing an professional event is an art, especially when the event is of an academic nature. Not only is it very time consuming, it also demands a specific type of expertise. BlueBox Events is a PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) within the Delft University of Technology.

We do not only support conferences and events, but also courses, workshops, symposia, ect. Our services are not limited to Delft or the Netherlands. If you wish to organize your conference somewhere else, we are happy to assist you in finding the perfect location for your conference, in- and outside the Netherlands.
